Fokus: Agile Leadership
Leading in the VUCA world
Brief description
In volatile times characterised by uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity, the demands on leadership have risen significantly. The idea of the manager as a lone hero who saves a situation is increasingly proving to be inappropriate. Today's working world and technological developments require an expanded understanding of leadership, which sees itself as a ‘framework setter for the empowerment of individuals and teams’. In addition, it is important to deal productively with diversity in order to develop better solutions in complex environments. This also includes a new view of organisations, moving away from functional thinking towards cross-functionality that complements each other in problem solving.
Development goals

- The 10 axioms of agile management
- Servant leadership - who does leadership serve?
- Freedom and responsibility for agile leaders - the concept of the ‘new authority’
- Leading with flexible goals: OKRs

- The participant has drawn up an individual development plan for themselves
Unique selling point
Agile leadership means creating the best possible degree of networking in the organisation so that people with the right skills are able to generate value independently by solving customer or stakeholder problems. In order for an Agile Leader to set these framework conditions, participants are given the opportunity to recognise their own leadership style and develop an inner compass for being an Agile Leader. Although the seminar offers various patterns for new leadership, it is up to the participants to draw their own conclusions.Dauer des Intensivseminars
